Dr. P. M. Kadukar is presently serving as Professor of Labour Studies at N. M. Lokhande Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Parel, Mumbai. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Director at the same institute’s Nagpur campus. With over 20 years of academic and administrative experience, Dr. Kadukar has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and institutional development in the field of labour studies.

He has been actively engaged in research and doctoral guidance for the past eight years and is recognized as a Ph.D. guide in Labour Studies. Under his guidance two research scholars have successfully completed their Ph.D., while eight scholars are currently pursuing doctoral research. Dr. Kadukar has an impressive research profile, having published and presented more than 40 research papers in reputed journals, conferences, and seminars. He is also serving as the Chairman of the Board of Studies in Labour Studies.

Academically, Dr. Kadukar holds a Ph.D. in Labour Economics from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, along with an M.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Sociology, both with First Class.
